Richard Poulin, sociologue


Sociologue, l’auteur est professeur titulaire à l’université d’Ottawa et associé à l’Institut d’études et de recherches féministes de l’UQÀM, auteur de plusieurs ouvrages sur la prostitution et la traite des êtres humains à des fins d’exploitation sexuelle dont : Enfances dévastées, l’enfer de la prostitution (Ottawa, L’Interligne, 2007), Abolir la prostitution. Manifeste (éditions Sisyphe, Montréal 2006), co-auteur avec Yanick Dulong de Les meurtres en série et de masse, dynamique sociale et politique (éditions Sisyphe, 2009), La mondialisation des industries du sexe (Ottawa, L’Interligne 2004 et Paris, Imago, 2005), et il a coordonné le numéro d’Alternatives Sud, Prostitution, la mondialisation incarnée (Paris, Cetri et Syllepse, vol.
